This policy explains what information we collect on casassinbarreras.us, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us for access, correction or deletion.

1. Who we are

Casas Sin Barreras is a website of Nora Aguirre Team. In this policy, “we” and “us” refer to Nora Aguirre Team.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact form: name, email address, phone number and, if you want, a message.
Event and program registration forms: full name, phone number and email address. Some forms also ask for state and city and include a space for comments.
Mortgage calculator report: if you request the report, your name, email address and phone number, together with the results of the calculation:
- total income;
- maximum purchase capacity;
- the result of the assessment;
- home price;
- estimated monthly payment;
- down payment;
- cash needed to close;
- interest rate.
What you share with our team when you communicate with us.

If you use the calculator without requesting the report, the figures you enter (for example, your income and debts) are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.

Technical information

Event and program forms: we record technical details of the submission:
- the form, program or event the submission relates to;
- the date and time of the submission;
- the page you registered from and the referring page;
- the campaign parameters in the link (for example, utm_source);
- the device type, the browser and the browser’s technical identifier (user agent);
- an encoded version (hash) of your IP address, which we use to prevent abusive submissions. On these forms we do not store your IP address.
Contact form: we record the browser, the platform and the page the form was sent from. We do not store your IP address.
Phone country: to preselect your number’s country on the contact form:
- our server may check your IP address with the ipapi.co service to find out which country you are in;
- we store the country (not the IP address) for 24 hours;
- your browser remembers it for the rest of your visit.
Server logs: like any website, our hosting provider may record technical details of visits, such as the IP address.

3. How we use your information

To answer your request and get in touch with you.
To register you for the event or program you chose and give you information about it.
To generate the calculator report and send it to you.
To notify our team of new requests and assign your case to a team member.
To follow up on your home-buying process.
To refer your case to lenders or other real estate professionals when needed to handle it (see section 5).
To contact you again later about real estate matters:
- following up on your process;
- relevant programs;
- opportunities to buy a home;
- events.
To understand which campaigns or pages our requests come from.
To protect the site against spam and abusive submissions.

4. How we communicate with you

We communicate with you using the contact details you gave us, by phone or by email.
We may contact you again when there is a relevant event, program or opportunity, or to follow up on your process. These are not necessarily frequent or automated communications.
Currently, registering on the site does not automatically enroll you in automated email or text message (SMS) series. If we use automated text messages in the future, we will update this policy first.
If you request the calculator report, you will receive one automated email with the report as a PDF.
Stopping communications:
- you can ask us at any time through our contact form;
- if a message includes an option to stop receiving communications, you can also use it.

5. Who we share your information with

We may share your information when necessary to handle your request or to keep the site and our processes running.

Lenders and real estate professionals

When needed to serve, finance or refer your case, we may share your information with:

lenders, for example when one lender cannot help you and another one can handle your case;
real estate agents or professionals, for example:
- when the assigned agent cannot handle your case or is not the right fit;
- when you want to buy in an area our team does not cover and we refer you to an agent who does;
partners or professionals needed to serve, finance or refer your case.

In these cases we share the information needed to serve, finance, refer or continue your real estate process.

Service providers

We use these services to operate the site and manage requests. Each receives the information it needs to provide its service.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels (such as Meta’s).
We use the browser’s temporary storage (sessionStorage) for technical functions, such as remembering your phone country during your visit.
The site keeps an internal count of how many times its pop-up windows are opened.
When some pages load, your browser connects to external services that may receive your IP address:
- Google Fonts (fonts);
- WordPress.org (emoji support);
- Cloudflare (anti-spam, on the site’s forms);
- OpenStreetMap and unpkg (the map on the Mexico land page);
- noraaguirre.com (images on the registration pages).
Some of these services, such as Cloudflare’s anti-spam check, may use their own cookies when you interact with them.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to external services such as Calendly, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- These services are not loaded inside our pages: they only open if you click.
- Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
If you book an appointment on Calendly from a link on our site, the information you enter there is received by Calendly, and it also reaches us so we can manage your appointment.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

serve and follow up on our relationship with you;
keep the history of your requests and of possible future transactions;
comply with applicable obligations.

Information may be kept for the long term. Buying a home can take two or three years, we may keep working with you during that process and, after buying your first home, you may come back to buy another one.

There is currently no single automatic deletion period across all of our systems. Information may also remain in backups for some time.

You can ask us to delete your information as explained in section 9. There may be operational reasons or applicable obligations that lead us to keep certain information.

9. Access, correction and deletion of your information

Through our contact form you can:

ask for access to the information we have about you;
ask us to correct inaccurate information;
ask us to delete your information;
send us questions about privacy, or ask us to stop contacting you.

We will handle your request, subject to any applicable obligations or legitimate reasons for keeping information.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- an encrypted connection (HTTPS);
- restricted access to the site’s administration panel;
- spam protection.
No system is completely secure.

11. Sensitive information

On the site’s forms we do not ask for Social Security numbers (SSN), ITIN numbers, information about your immigration status, or documents.
Please do not include that kind of information in comment or message fields.

12. Adults

The site and our services are intended for adults interested in real estate.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. We will post the current version on this page with its update date.
